Interesting thread on Reddit yesterday, identified that there were 4x as many Ethereum transactions over 24 hours than Bitcoin, for a comparable volume of processing fees:

Interesting, but, still a terrifying amount of network fees for sure.

Will be great to see how sharding etc addresses the scalability issues for Eth, and how this ratio is impacted as a result
