I bought some ETH at the end of March when the price was at about 400 and have seen an increase in the last month. I hope it keeps going up from here.
I think that XLM is the way to go right now. It was up to 91 cents, and I thought about selling, but decided to wait for it to hit $1.00. It plummeted, and I was a bit distraught, but it is back on the rise. When it got down to 18 cents, I bought more, because I really believe in it. As of this writing it is back up to $0.45. It has a great team, and large corporations like IBM are employing it. Like anything in crypto, there is a risk, but I really don't think you can go wrong with Stellar as long as you are willing to be in for the long haul. What are your thoughts?
I have been thinking of investing in Cryptocurrencies, but I think I am too late to get in to really make any real money as the boom seems to have already passed on most coins and the prices have seemed to go down on most. Are there any coins that I should be looking at that are still of value for my money?
Does anyone have any input when we might see more conventional merchants accepting things like Bitcoin for purchases? Great to use them online but it would be more convenient if you could use them at your favorite supermarket or big box store.
@krafa I can't see bitcoin actually staying and becoming the new currency, overriding paper and coin. I may be wrong, but if anything like this were to take place, the US is too stubborn and set in its ways to make any changes for many years. Maybe 100 years out it might be a possibility. Right now, though, it's far too unstable regardless of it being secure or not. We don't even have a grip on other security measures yet. Until we can find a way to ensure and enforce security using any payment methods, this won't work.
